Autism Spectrum Disorder – ASD

ASD is a condition related to brain development that impacts how a person perceives and socializes with others, causing problems in social interaction and communication. The disorder also includes limited and repetitive patterns of behaviour. The term “Spectrum” in ASD refers to the wide range of symptoms and severity.

ASD includes conditions that were previously considered separate — Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, Childhood Disintegrative Disorder, and an unspecified form of Pervasive Developmental Disorder. Some people still use the term “Asperger’s syndrome,” which is generally thought to be at the mild end of ASD.

  1. Autism Can be termed as next evolution of human due to pollution and chemical mix. There are changes happening in human mind due to the said effect and it is inevitable. So human is evolving from the present level to another level which is not easy to understand. Only by time and study one might come to a better position
  2. Autistic will not understand what we think. They understand the way they think. So, there is every good reason for definite change in approach by the trainer / caretaker. It is the fact that No problem can be solved in the same level of conscious or perception.
  3. Largely Autistic respond based on Reflection of Energy (Emotions and Mood of others) – How you show your face they will also reflect the same energy of face. If you are kind, they also be kind. Viz versa. But changes to them take long long time. They are very sensitive on so many factors. They are fine with certain level but below or above which they don’t understand or familiar, they react differently to such varied levels.
  4. Self-Healing of Trainers – since no one can change the Autistic, the Trainer need to keep calm and accept the opposite and approach slowly with their acceptance. Patience is the first and most important element of requirement of a trainer.
  5. Best location for their living – Nature, mountain claiming, sand play, tree claim, swing, music, etc. All this were prevailed in olden days of child growth. However in modern living life style children learn in house and under Shady environment. They are not exposed to nature in the name of safety, cleanliness, etc and their sensors, immune system becomes weak generation after generation. In occupational therapy the Autistics are given exercises only to vent their energy.
  6. Future looking of society algorithm will be barring nationality, cast, religion etc. the question of understanding human will bel like a human is a Human or animal? Normal human or autistic human? LGBT or normal?
  7. Danger of being Autistic – 49% of the autistic children either harm themselves or others.
  8. 75% of the autistic children are having additional illness.

Energy Dynamic – Capacity of energy to carry for normal living

Hyper focus – They focus on one matter consistently and excel in that. They are abnormally talented in only one subject.

Hyper intelligent – They know what is right and wrong and they can only accept what they know and feel right. If the care giver acts like being kind, they will ignore them for ever.

Social Interaction Deficit – They will not interact with others socially. They don’t follow any formalities which they don’t know

Special Educators – Those who handle the Autistic professionally who have special subject knowledge and training in handling Autistic.

Sensory Issues – The autistic will have issues in understating various sensors. Example wooden surface, cold floor, heat, colour, sound etc. They do not differentiate it since there sensors doesn’t work or not works properly.

Uniqueness – All autistics are not same type. There will not be commonness for all AP. So each AP is unique and it is very very complicated to handle two AP at a time since each one will have different understanding.

Treatment With Pets – Since there will not be any verbal communication and dialogue with animals for few AP the Pets gives better remedy. Either Unconditional Acceptance Or Unconditional Love be maintained with Pets. Cat – One shall accept a cat unconditionally, because it won’t show any love or emotions on others. Autistics few will align with cat. Similarly one can get unconditional love from Dog. It will show love unconditionally for any act of its human companion.

Dumping Down – Not allowing Autistic to express their ability or talent by family members or well-wishers or trainers unknowingly and putting them in other activities in common to all in which they don’t like.
