ABC is providing its service with in the campus of Nandhavanam. Nandhavanam is providing its Service to aged people under Retirement Cum Assisted Living Facility. ABC is providing its service to AA. Hence there is option available to Parents of AA to care their AA Children as well as to care themselves under one campus.

To avoid the huge commitment to Parents’; part of refundable deposit is adjusted against the monthly charges. Parents shall continue to pay the ‘Net Payable’ charges for the month including the additional charges applicable to the AA Member till the life of the Parents.

If the life of the AA Member ends before the life of Parent, then the amount standing to the credit of the AA Member will be returned to the Parents (Subject to other terms and conditions)

On the other hand, if the life of the Parents ends before the life of the AA Member, who resided outside ABC, then ABC will take care of the AA Member with the available fund till the life end of the AA Member.

If the parents also resided within ABC campus as Member of Nandhavanam, if the life of the Parents ends before the life of the AA Member, then their account credit will automatically get transferred to the account of AA Member and ABC will take care of the AA Member till their life end.

Following Attender Care Services Are Available For Members Who Need Assistance To Do Their Day To Day Living Chargeable On Monthly Basis Per Person. This Service Applies Only To The Parents of AA Members.

Duties of Attender

• Help the member to get up from the bed and back to their bed.
• Help the member to go to toilet.
• Giving used dress for washing.
• Giving medicines as advice by staff nurse.
• Taking them to the portico for reading news paper.
• Dusting and arranging the bed and keeping the domicile neat and clean.
• Help the member to take bath.
• Getting the food from the dining or taking the member to the   dining hall and helping them while dining.
• Changing the soiled dress.
• Help them in walking, outside the room. etc.

• Twin Sharing Can Be Availed Only Among Blood Relatives Or Among Legally Married Husband And Wife.
• Tariff Includes Applicable Taxes and Shall Be Revised Hereafter From the Date of Change in Tax.
• Increase In Monthly Maintenance Charges At A Maximum Rate Of 12% (Excluding Taxes) Shall Prevail For Next Block Period Of Three Years (I.E. 01-04-2021 To 31-03-2024). However Management May Revise The Number At Reduced Rate, Based On Cost Of Index Escalation.
• Trial Stay Option Available For a Minimum Period of 3 Days and Maximum Period of 7 Days.
• Acceptance Of Membership Is The Sole Discretion Of The Management.
• During Facility Visit One Can Discuss and Understand the Over All Terms and Conditions.

Trial Stay For Self Experiencing 

You can experience the ambiance, food, hospitality etc. for a maximum period of 7 days (COVID VACCINATED CERTIFICATE IS COMPULSORY) with the following tariff which includes food and lodging. The charges are payable upfront. Applicable Taxes Extra.

• Membership available for Life Time Period and Not Transferable.
• Shall Undergo Medical Screening, Personal Verification Formalities etc.
• AA Member Can opt Only Gold Category of Membership. Parents of AA Member, if Couple, “Silver” Membership and if Single “Gold” Membership Can Only be Opted.  However they can opt Diamond or Platinum Membership at their discretion. • Deposit Varies Based on the Health Condition of a Member
• Shall Pay the Monthly Charges and Their Personal Expenses within the Due Date
• Membership Agreement along with Nominee and Sponsors shall be Subscribed while Becoming as a Member.
• For AA Members Parents shall execute the Documents
• Minimum Lock In Period and Stay Conditions are Applicable
• Other Terms and Conditions as specified in the Agreement of Membership will Prevail.

Basic Requirements to become as a Member of ABC

• Every Indian Citizen, Male or Female, Aged above 25 years shall become as a Member of ABC.
• NRIs who also hold Foreign Citizenship – With OCI Certification from Indian Embassy
• Parents Should have Sufficient Financial Ability to Meet out both the Present and Future Cost of living of the AA Member
• Parents Should have Sufficient Financial Ability to Meet out Future Cost which may arise due to Health Issues of the AA Member.

Restrictions to become as a Member of ABC

• Any Person with any Type of Communicable Disease(s)
• Any Person Ailing from any Type of Major and/or Complex/Venereal Disease(s)
• Any Person who was Either Punished by any Court of Law or Arrested or Imprisoned for any Fraud, Offenses or on Charges or Against Whom any Pending Complaints Laying with any Police Station, or Against Whom any Trial before Civil or Criminal Court or Any other Authority is pending anywhere either within or outside India
• Any Person who is Addicted to Smoking, Chewing of Pan, Drug, Alcohol, etc.
• Any other Ground(s) of Rejection as Decided by the Management on Case to Case Basis
• The Management Reserves the Right of Admission or Rejection of an Application.
• In Case if A Member, Concealed such Restrictions while Taking His/ Her Membership, the Management will have the Full Right to Terminate such Membership Immediately upon Knowing the Fact of Such Concealment.

Procedure to Become as a Member

• Visit the Corporate Office or ABC and Understand the Procedures including the Terms and Conditions to Become as A Member of ABC.

• Get to Know the Tentative Admission Time.
• Submit the Application along with Background Verification Charges, if any.
• After the Successful Background Verification, Undergo Medical Screening as per the recommendations of our Panel Doctors at Your Cost
• After the Successful Medical Screening, Make Payments Applicable to the Membership as Advised by the Management
• Execute the Contract of Membership, Nomination Form etc.
• The Management will confirm the date and from the date of joining the person will be within the Cares of “ABC” as a Member.
